Green and Sustainable Finance Certificate

The Green and Sustainable Finance Certificate from the Chartered Banker Institute

Managing climate-related risks and supporting the transition to a low-carbon world are our most significant global challenges. In order to tackle this collective challenge, finance professionals globally need to develop their knowledge of green and sustainable finance.

HR Financial is pleased to be working with the Chartered Banker Institute in promoting their Green and Sustainable Finance Certificate, a global, benchmark qualification from the Chartered Banker Institute which will help individuals to develop their understanding of and apply green and sustainable finance principles and practice in their roles and within their institutions.

The Certificate Programme

The Green and Sustainable Finance Certificate involves guided self-study, supported by a wide range of interactive e-learning units and knowledge checks on the CBI's on-line training platform. The 12 unit programme can be completed in as little as 12 weeks or less but registration lasts for 1 year, so participants can work through at their own pace.

Final assessment is carried out via a 90 minute multiple choice examination, conducted under remote invigilation. Upon completion, participants will be entitled to use the designation GSFP (Green and Sustainable Finance Professional™).
