If you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident and physically based in Singapore,
you should be eligible to apply for the course under the IBF-STS programme. This applies to to courses
that commence up to 31 December 2021 and are completed no later than 31 March 2022.
This would provide a course fee subsidy of GBP 508.50 (which 90% the overall fee less
the £30 CBI annual membership cost). An additional 5% IBF Credit is available if you enrol prior
to 31 June 2021 and complete no later than 30 September 2021.
If you are applying under the IBF-STS programme you must apply using your name as stated on your
NRIC and enter your full NRIC number followed by either "Citizen" or "Resident" in the
additional information field on our on-line application form. If you are eligible,
you will be reimbursed directly by the IBF on completion of the programme.

The Green and Sustainable Finance Certificate from the Chartered Banker Institute

The Certificate Programme
The Green and Sustainable Finance Certificate involves guided self-study, supported by a wide range of interactive e-learning units and knowledge checks on the CBI's on-line training platform. The 12 unit programme can be completed in as little as 12 weeks or less but registration lasts for 1 year, so participants can work through at their own pace.Final assessment is carried out via a 90 minute multiple choice examination, conducted under remote invigilation. Upon completion, participants will be entitled to use the designation GSFP (Green and Sustainable Finance Professional™).

Costs and Application Process
There are no entry requirements for the Certificate in Green and Sustainable Finance, and no prior knowledge of the green and sustainable finance sector is assumed. The programme is taught and examined in English.The Certificate costs £595 (GBP) per candidate, including all learning materials, the first sitting of the examination and one year's membership of the Chartered Banker Institute.
